Role Expectations
Support buyers and sellers their transaction with clear communication and care
Leverage our proven systems to grow your client database and keep your pipeline active
Schedule and conduct showings, host open houses, and handle contract negotiations
Promote listings through MLS, online platforms, and social media marketing
Stay current on local market trends, pricing, and best practices
Requirements
Hold or be ready to obtain a Kentucky or Indiana real estate license
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and self-driven attitude
Confident using basic technology and communicating with clients
Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Earnings
Estimated annual earnings: $50,000–$150,000+ (commission only) Income potential is uncapped and grows along with your production.
Location of Work
(Preferred) In person at one of our local offices (Owensboro, Henderson, Elizabethtown KY, or Evansville IN) with local travel as needed.
(Required) Ability to drive to in-person training sessions, and local events when required.
